Warner Huntington III is a fictional character and the former boyfriend of protagonist, Elle Woods. Portrayed by Matthew Davis, Warner Huntington III is first notable after breaking up with Woods during their visit to a restaurant. Warner stated that he needed someone more serious if he was to become a senator by the age of 30. In 2002, he attended Harvard Law School, and graduated two years later, only to not receive his degree.
