"I may know about a lot of things, but friendship isn't really one of them. And I'm definitely not going to learn more about it by being alone all the time."

  • Twilight Sparkle (Sci-Twi)

Twilight Sparkle's human counterpart appears and mentioned in My Little Pony: Equestria Girls. In My Little Pony Equestria Girls - Rainbow Rocks, Twilight Sparkle's human counterpart appears in ending credits. She is a student of Canterlot High School, a former student of Crystal Prep Academy, and the owner of Spike the Dog.

Combat characteristics

Signature moves

  • Magic Blast: Twilight shoot a magenta ball of energy at her victim.
  • Flipping Heel Kick: Twilight flips forward in a circular motion, bringing her feet over her head kicking the victim and then landing back on her feet.
  • Flying Punch: Twilight launches herself forward with a series of punches to the victim's face.
  • Carnival Spin: Twilight spins backward and kicks her opponent in an impossible fashion.

Finishing moves

  • Brutal Kicks: Twilight violently kicks her victim's stomach, lodging her foot in her victim's intestines. She keeps it there for a second before pulling it out, then kicks her victim's forehead, causing it to explode like a balloon. (Equestria Girls: Lethal Alliance)
  • Savage Beating: Twilight repeatedly strikes at the torso and head of her victim very quickly, and then stands, striking a pose. The confused victim then screams in pain a few seconds later and explodes in a shower of gore. This fatality seems to borrow from the Asian martial arts study of pressure-points.
  • Kick and Destroy: Twilight walks up to her weakened victim and with one swift uppercut, knocks her victim's head straight into the air. Twilight patiently waits for it to come back down before she kicks it hard at her victim. When the head strikes them, they explode into piles of blood and bones.
