This smart old reptile hangs around the Turtle Training Hall. He's a bit of nuisance though as he's always swimming around in Chang's fresh juice.

Master Turtle

It is an old turtle. Makes fortune cookies that are always fulfilled when someone reads them. He is also a legendary Ninja. Is, according to Tobe, "a turtle only write fortunes. " He appears in "Cookie of bad luck" and "A problem on rails. " Reappeared in the "Judgement Furious" and "4 eyes, 2 brains" (in which he removed his glasses and loses his intelligence, perhaps by the belief that the glasses are smarter.)
