Tune is the Pixie of Good Manners. She prides herself in maintaining cleanliness and proper decorum.
Overview[]
Musa often butts heads with Tune, given their contrasting personalities. Tune believes in being ladylike, in contrast with Musa, who is famous for her outgoing and tomboyish behavior. In spite of Tune's nagging and correcting of Musa; Tune and Musa make the perfect pair, each lessening each others' extreme qualities. She is Musa's bonded pixie.
Appearance[]
Tune has pale purple hair styled in curls. Her skin appears to be fair in color while her eyes are violet with deep blue eyelashes. Her lips are fuchsia. In the main series her appearance is heavily inspired by Victorian fashion trends, and in general her outfits tend to have blue as a primary color.
Civilian[]
Tune wears a Victorian-style outfit in purple, white, and blue with a blue bow in her hair, her shoes are shorts heels also in blue and with a bow. She wears pink make-up that makes sharp points above her eyes and a fair skin tone (recalling the Victorian fashion popular among aristocrats of applying powder to their faces to whiten it). Her wings are purple with a purple glow.
Personality[]
Tune is not snobby and is polite, even when she is yelling at others. She is refined, elegant, neat, orderly, prim, proper, and old-fashioned. She holds the image of a 'perfect lady' in the way she talks and acts proper just like a lady should. Tune dislikes other people's bad habits, and usually tells them off. This includes clashing with Musa's mess.
Magical Abilities[]
As the Pixie of Good Manners, Tune is well-educated in etiquette but also has powers associated to it, such as using magic to fix two gang members messy hair.
In PopPixie, she is the Pixie of Vocal Power and as such, her powers are associated with her voice. Her voice is frightening, which is necessary to lead her students, but it can also break glass or any fragile items, and terrorizing her enemies, especially Yucca.
Trivia[]
- Tune appears to be younger in PopPixie as compared to her Winx Club version.
- Tune's late 4Kids voice actress, Michal Friedman and the wife of Sky's voice actor, Dan Green, died from complications of giving birth to healthy twins from a C-section on November 25, 2011.
- She is the only character to lose a voice actor, though the 4Kids series finale was in 2007.
- Tune's Italian voice actress also voices Bloom.
- Both she and DuFour, a professor at Alfea, specialize in good manners.
- Cherie replaces her as Musa's bonded Pixie in Season 6 for unknown reasons.
