Tulip girl doll is a Dutch girl doll appeared in the Disney boat ride It's a Small World. She appear in the Netherlands part of the Europe scene as a girl doll sit on a blooming tulip with Tulip boy doll, and again in the Finale room at the end of the ride. Her name is Sarah.

- In most versions of It's a Small World, there was a Tulip girl doll sitting next to a Tulip boy doll. However, in Disneyland version, there were two Tulip girl dolls sitting in the left and right side of Tulip boy doll just like 1964 New York World's Fair version, and in Hong Kong Disneyland version, there was a Tulip girl doll like most versions but she is sitting next to a Belgium goose girl and her goose.
- Her hair color and hairstyle was same as the hair color and hairstyle of Ice Skater Girl Doll.
- In Disneyland Paris version, Goose Girl Doll wear her costume and have her pigtall hairstyle look like Tulip Girl Doll.
- In a 2004 advertisement for Disneyland, which revolved around the Hitchhiking Ghosts from Haunted Mansion ride going on attractions throughout the California parks. After joyously going on Matterhorn Bobsleds and the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, they go on It's a Small World and are horrified by three Holland tulip dolls and Goose Girl Doll.
