Toya

Toya is a muppet character from the TV series, CityKids. She is a Brooklynite teen girl and one-half of the phone-chatting, gossipy duo, The Dirt Sisters. She was puppeteered by David Rudman, but voiced by Cenophia Mitchell.

Physical Appearance

As a prototype, Toya looked differently from how she would look in her other appearances. The original Toya was heavyset, had light brown skin, curly, black hair in an updo with braids behind her head, and black eyes. What she wore included a neon pink headband, turquoise blue eye shadow, white beads on her braids, a white jacket, and an orchid purple tank top.

The redesigned version of Toya is slimmer, has purple skin, and black hair in faux hawk dreads. She wears yellow eye shadow; a powder blue headband; two gold chain necklaces, one of which with her name; a black tank top with matching belt; and denim jeans.

Personality

Like her friend, Trish, Toya always loves to chat and gossip with her on the phone about whatever subject of the episode is at hand. She is somewhat loud. Unlike Toya, she isn't as likely to get too excited whenever she hears and knows about something, as she is the calmer of the two when it comes to that.
