Tommy Merlyn is Oliver Queen's best friend, love interest of Laurel Lance, son of Malcolm Merlyn, and half-brother of Thea Queen. He died saving Laurel's life during Undertaking, but he, along with other deceased closest to Oliver, was resurrected by Oliver after he rebooted the universe during the Crisis on Infinite Earths.
