Tokka and Rahzar are two mutant animals created by Shredder and the Foot Clan in order to destroy the turtles. They made their first introduction the second movie of the 90's films, Teenage Mutant Turtles: The Secret of the Ooze. But they many various appearances later on in the fanchise. Rahzar is a mutant wolf and Tokka is a mutant alligator snapping turtle.
