The Lizard is the villain of the 2012 comic-book adaptation film The Amazing Spider-Man. He was a brilliant scientist named Doctor Curtis Connors, who wanted to create the world without weaknesses or outcasts. Instead, he planned to infect every human being in the whole city by turning them into human-lizard crosses. He is played by Rhys Ifans.
