Tammy Nelson is a student at South Park Elementary. She first appeared in the season 5 premiere , "An App A Day". She is voiced by Nolan Splavec.
According to her school file, Tammy has a problem with authority figures, and is sometimes referred to as having attention. Tammy's parents are divorced and she is living with her mother. Her father lives in another city and they don't see much of each other. Tammy was born with ADHD and ADD . She also has an anxiety disorder (which causes her to be obsessive about everything) and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder . In addition, she has a speech impediment which prevents her from pronouncing some words properly.
