Surfer Doll is a Hawaii male doll appeared in Disney boat ride It's a Small World. Except Hong Kong Disneyland due to this version use Lilo Pelekai and Stitch instead, he currently appeared in Walt Disney World, Tokyo Disneyland and Disneyland Paris and formerly appeared in Disneyland before 2008 refurbishment. He appeared in the Hawaii part of South Sea/South Pacific scene.

  • In several times, he wear a flower ring when surfing.
  • After Hong Kong Disneyland use Lilo Pelekai and Stitch instead of surfer doll, he was later replaced by Lilo and Stitch in Disneyland since 2009.
    • However, in Tokyo Disneyland version since 2018 refurbishment, despite Lilo and Stitch was added, they was placed beside three Hawaii dancer dolls instead of his place between French Polynesia/Papua New Guinea, make him was still retained in this ride, unlike Disneyland version that he was replaced by Lilo and Stitch.
  • He was one of several dolls that originally in Disneyland version instead of 1964 New York World's Fair due to time and budget constraints that the South Sea/South Pacific scene was not included in World's Fair version.
