Supreme Commissioner Clarence is Ranger Smith's boss he appears in TV Special: Yogi the Easter Bear, he arrives on the Limo with his grandkids on this Easter Celebration at Jellystone Park. after Yogi and Boo Boo to get the Easter Bunny and Mildred the Magical Easter Chicken are on their way the Jamboree, Back on the stage at Jellystone Park the others watched Ranger Smith doing acting on this show like the circus, but big boss is going fired him, but Yogi and Boo Boo arrives with the Easter Bunny and Mildred and brought some Easter eggs and candy thanks to Yogi saves the day, Clarence forgives Smith to doing a good job and it was Yogi's ideas.
