Super Stew is the Superheroine alter-ego of Stewart Stevens. She wears a purple dress, wings, and a sword. She is shown in the episodes, I Should Have Never Ever Gone Ziplining, The Damned, The Last Duo, Adventures of McArthur Sitting, Vegan Teacher Rises, and the video game The Rise of Lola.
Super Stew is shown to be a smart little girl, even smart for her age, as she quickly figured out that there were no adults in the house when she was babysat by the kids from "The Damned". She also knows how to use the computer, which is very rare for a child her age. Like her regular self, she is voiced by Kristen Schaal. Super Stew can shapeshift into other things at will, usually animals or objects. Her animal forms include birds, cats, dogs, snakes, rats, horses, and mice (which are normally seen only during one part of the episode). She can also fly like an angel, but it's unknown if this ability extends to her animal form. In order to transform into something else, she has to think about what she wants to become. If she doesn't concentrate on how to change herself, then she'll stay a bird.
