Skeeter James McArthur is a recurring character from the adult animated television series Red And Friends. He is voiced by Nolan Splavec and first appeared in the pilot episode.
Skeeter is shown having hatred towards his daughter Red. in Butterballs, Skeeter is really abusive to his daughter and hates her for no reason, telling her that she isn't his daughter, and telling her to stay out of his life. He is based on Jennifer Howell's father Skeeter Howell.
