Sir Isaac Ray Peram Westcott

Sir Isaac Ray Peram Westcott (アイザック・レイ・ペラム・ウェストコット, Aizakku Rei Peramu Uesutokotto) or simply known as Isaac Ray Peram Westcott or Isaac Westcott, is one of the main antagonists of the Date A Live franchise (along with Phantom, Kurumi Tokisaki, Ellen Mira Mathers and the First Spirit) which was introduced as the main antagonist in Date A Live II. He is a diabolical British that is the Managing Director of Deus.Ex.Machina Industries, but is a arrogant, selfish, childish and a person who has a supernatural mind or, in other words, a "cruel" businessman with a diabolical ambition.
