Sinan with Pferd passing the baton.
Sinan is a Turkish dog, practicing for a relay race on Sesamstrasse in episode 2616.
Because he only speaks Turkish, Samson, Wolle and Pferd have to rely on Mehmet to translate back and forth between Turkish and German.
The new friends eventually start practicing together for the race, motivating a distracted Pferd by using carrots instead of the wooden baton.
