Simba is the main character in the Lion King franchise, making his debut in the 1994 film The Lion King. He is the son of King Mufasa, and the nephew of Scar.

When Simba was born, he was presented to all the other animals in the Pridelands. His uncle Scar, however, didn't come, as he was angry that now that Simba was born, he would never be king.
