Shirley, referred as the "Villain" or "The Villain Whose Name Isn't Shirley", is the main antagonist of Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators, an android created by both of Jimmy and Timmy who seeks to merge their universes and create his own.
He is voiced by Jeff Garlin.
Appearance[]
He possesses and wears a blue mechanical suit, which contains many weapons. He also has a helmet with horns and a pair of spikes on his shoes.
Powers and abilities[]
Shirley is able to cross between dimension and emitting powerful lasers from his shoulders. His trump cards is the ability to adapt at most of the situations.
