Scout is a character from Bubble Guppies that only appeared in Sheep Doggy. Scout is a sheep dog, it's her job to watch Farmer Joe's sheep and bring them back to the farm. She became friends with Bubble Puppy when he helped herd Wooly, a little lamb, back to her flock. Her design resembles a Border Collie.
