San Lin is a supporting protagonist of the 2017 action film, Kong: Skull Island. She is a biologist working for Monarch and later the wife of Houston Brooks.
Lin is a member of the joint Monarch-Landsat expedition to Skull Island. She accompanies her colleague and friend Houston Brooks for most of the time as they explore the island and encounter some of its inhabitants, particularly Kong. Lin and Brooks then decide to recruit James Conrad and Mason Weaver into Monarch before informing them that Kong is not the only giant monster in the world.
