Sally Carrera is a character from Cars film series. She is voiced by Bonnie Hunt.

Since 2005, Sally has been in a relationship with Lightning McQueen, a professional race car and a 7-time champion of the Piston Cup Racing Series.

Personality

Sally is nice, friendly, pleasant, and kind to others. She is charming, intelligent, and witty. She shares one thing with her boyfriend: they both love to feel the wind in their hoods. Sally used to be a famous attorney, but then she was tired of fame and fortune and decided to settle down in Radiator Springs for a nice, quiet life.

Trivia

Sally Carrera was originally going to be a Ford Mustang, but Pixar animators found that the large grill to closely resembled a mustache.
Before Bonnie Hunt was cast, Grey DeLisle, Hynden Walch, Kari Wahlgren, and Jennifer Hale were considered to voiced Sally Carrera.
Like Herbie and Fillmore, Sally is of German descent.
Along with Herbie and Fillmore, Sally is one of the three German vehicles in the town of Radiator Springs.
Sally's license plate reads "301PCE".
During development for Cars, Sally was originally intended to be a Mustang, but the creators of the film decided on a Porsche design instead due to the more "lady-like" appearance of the grille.
