Sailor Neptune is one of the Outer Sailor Soldiers. Her human form is Michiru "Michelle" Kaioh. She only appeared in Sailor Moon S. Her attack is a water-based attack called Deep Submerge, which is like an energy orb. She is voiced by Lauren Landa in the American English dub, who also voiced Kyoko Sakura in Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Karin Kanzuki in Street Fighter 5, and Sister Lucia in A Certain Magical Index.
