Sailor Neptune is one of the Outer Sailor Soldiers. Her human form is Michiru "Michelle" Kaioh. Her attack is a water-based attack called Deep Submerge, which is like an energy orb. She is voiced by Masako Katsuki in the Japanese version of the first anime, Barbara Radecki in the American English dub of Season 3 of the first anime by Cloverway, Lauren Landa in the American English dub of the first anime and Crystal by Viz (who also voiced Kyoko Sakura in Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Karin Kanzuki in Street Fighter 5, and Sister Lucia in A Certain Magical Index) and Sayaka Ohara in the Japanese version of Crystal.
