Ruby is a demon, which means that her true form looks like black smoke. Her first vessel was a tall, blonde woman, but she gave her up in an attempt to manipulate Sam. As her second vessel she chose a shorter woman with black hair.

Ruby is very good at manipulating people. She's determined, always plans carefully and is patient.
