Roy Mustang is a tritagonist in Fullmetal Alchemist. He is an Amestrian colonel and a state alchemist who specializes in fire attacks. He is voiced by Travis Willingham in the American English dub, who also voiced Knuckles the Echidna in Sonic the Hedgehog franchise.
