Robert Munsch (also known as Julie, Andrew and Tyya's Father) is the father of Julie, Andrew and Tyya who is a one-time character from the episode, Something Good. He also makes an appearance as the narrator in, "The Paper Bag Princess". He seems to somewhat resemble Robert Munsch himself, and is even voiced by him likewise.
