Ripper, labeled The Bad Boy, is a supporting antagonist in the Canadian franchise Total Drama, serving as the secondary antagonist of Total Drama Island 2023 and a supporting character in Total Drama Island 2024.
He is a rude, annoying and mean-spirited boy who joins Total Drama, bent on winning the million dollari prize like every contestant. He is also a pain magnet/the comic relief of his season. He is the archenemy of both Priya and her best friend Millie, whom he frequently picks on.
He is voiced by Fearless Fred Kennedy.
Personality[]
Ripper is rude, annoying, obnoxious, silly, idiot and mean-spirited boy who will do whatever it takes to be on top. He shows signs of "toxic masculinity" believing men shouldn't do certain things without looking weak, shamelessly bullying people, and happily doing extremely gross habits. He takes great pride in having long ridiculous and disgusting toots, even trying to break the record for longest flatulence. Ripper has a tendency to call other people "nerds" at sound of anyone saying anything even slightly smart, seemingly out of obligation. He has a strong desire for dominance and will go out of his way to fight with people to show that he is superior. However, these attempts often cause him to make a fool out of himself, such as when he tries to face off with the much physically-superior Axel.
Although Ripper is shown to be strong on some challenges, his methods are often very ridiculous and annoying. He will resort to underganded tactics to win, such as using Priya as a human shield and having Zee distract a cassowary only to leave him behind. This combined with his obnoxious and mentally ill personality causes him to be dislikes amongst the other contestants.
