Appearance
Raddy is an devil with five pointy red horns on his head, and the three central horns are short and jut out from the front of his head, while the two larger horns are positioned on either side. He has a very slight frown, giving him an annoyed or irritated expression, although you need to zoom in to see the frown clearly
Horror Mode
In his horror form, the left half of Raddy's face is ripped off, and his eye is gouged out, exposing his inner skull. Blood seeps from his empty eye socket, and his middle and right horns have either been ripped or fallen off. He is hanging from a noose, and the lower half of his torso is torn away, with his intestines visibly spilling out from the massive wound. His remaining eye appears unfocused, and he no longer has an angry expression.
