Lieutenant Puffin is the bird and the secondary tritagonist in "The Swan Princess". In all three films, he is voiced by Steve Vinovich, being one of only two actors of the first film to reprise his role for both sequels, the other being the late Michelle Nicastro (Odette's speaking voice in the first film, and both speaking and singing in the sequels).
