Pighead as he appears in Saw: The Video Game.

A second Pighead is set to appear in Saw II: Flesh & Blood.
Characteristics
Pighead wears a red boxer robe, black gloves, and Jigsaw's infamous pig mask which is where he gets his name. Also, whenever Tapp ran into Pighead a pig's squeal could be heared. It is unknown if this sound actually came from Pighead or not.
