Pete R. Canfly is Lalaloopsy Land's truest youngster. He's playful and mischievous, and he never ever wants to grow up. He also likes to pretend he can fly. His name is based off of a play-on-words of the fictional character Peter Pan, who could fly yet ironically Pete R. cannot! But that doesn't stop him from believing!
