Percival C. McLeach Serves as the main antagonist in the 1990 film The Rescuers Down Under, a sequel to the 1977 film The Rescuers which debuted thirteen years earlier.
Personality
Mcleach is a sarcastic and evil poacher who wants a eagle in order to get rich.

- Percival C. Mcleach's character animator was Duncan Majorbanks who also animated Ratcliffe the antagonist from Pocahontas.
- Percival Mcleach was rumored to be the secondary antagonist of the film.
- He is voiced by George C. Scott who did the voice of Ebeneezer Scrooge from Christmas Carol.
