Percival C. McLeach Serves as the main antagonist in the 1990 film The Rescuers Down Under, a sequel to the 1977 film The Rescuers which debuted thirteen years earlier.

Personality

Mcleach is a sarcastic and evil poacher who wants a eagle in order to get rich.

Trivia

Percival C. Mcleach's character animator was Duncan Majorbanks who also animated Ratcliffe the antagonist from Pocahontas.
Percival Mcleach was rumored to be the secondary antagonist of the film.
He is voiced by George C. Scott who did the voice of Ebeneezer Scrooge from Christmas Carol.
