Parappa the Rapper (パラッパラッパ, Parappa Rappa) is a dog who loves to rap and is the protagonist of the series. He often finds himself in a pickle, but he just picks himself up with his catchphrase, "I gotta believe!" and figures out a solution. He has a crush on his friend, Sunny Funny, and will often go to great lengths in order to win her love, even if it just ends up making matters worse. He appears as a playable character in the upcoming fighting game, PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.

Gameplay[]
PaRappa's moveset includes karate moves he learned from Chop Chop Master Onion, skateboarding, as well as music.
Super Moves[]
- Level 1 - PaRappa uses a short-range kung fu attack.
- Level 2 - PaRappa jumps onto his skateboard and cruises around the level, killing anyone he makes contact with.
- Level 3 - PaRappa raps along with "I Gotta Believe", instantly killing all enemies on the screen.
