Mr. Bumble is one of the main antagonists in Saban's Adventures of Oliver Twist. He is an old, brown wolf that is the master of the workhouse, who continously wants to capture Oliver Twist and bring him back to the workhouse, from which he escaped.
He is voiced by Will Ryan.
