She is the long lost mother of Cat and Dog who appeared in "CatDog and the Great Parent Mystery". In a flashback, she lost her children Cat and Dog in a tornado when they were babies by the force of the wind separating them apart from her, causing her no choice but to left them go. Years later she finally reunite with her long lost children and tells the story of how it all happen.
