Miraj Scintel is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Keeper Agruss) of the "The Slaves of Zygerria" arc of Season 4 of Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
She is the Queen of the slave-holder race, the Zygerrians, and a pawn of Count Dooku, despite not counting herself as one. She seems to be somewhat in love with Anakin Skywalker.
