Megan "Meg" Elizabeth Splavec is a female 4th grader and the main antagonist in the season 20th episode The New Kid. She is voiced by her real life counterpart of the same name. She is a 9 year old psychopathic murderous girl who moved from Mexico City to South Park, she also has black hair, she wears a black knit cap, a black sweater, a red skirt, and black shoes.
