Matilda is Gracie Lou's 2 year old sister. She has a big heart like Gracie Lou. She often tells everyone to roll over out of bed, according to her favorite song, "10 in the Bed". Matilda hasn’t got much hair, but she hopes to have some soon.

Matilda is a young female infant with one piece of hair, an orange dress with a heart and pink underwear.

- She was inspired by Matilda Simpson, one of Darren and Helen Simpson's children.
- In the Polish dub, she was renamed "Carol-Anne".
