Lucy was born on October 31, 2008 in Royal Woods, Michigan to Rita Loud (born on May 19, 1967) and Lynn Loud I (born on January 12, 1964) she is the 7th child born to Rita and Lynn and the 6th daughter of Rita and Lynn.
