Lt. Surge is a character from the Pokémon franchise, appearing in numerous games, as well as the Pokémon anime and the Pokémon Adventures manga. He is the Gym Leader of the Vermilion City Gym, specializing in Electric-Types. In the Pokémon Adventures manga, he is also an admin of Team Rocket.
