Leland Turbo is one of the two overarching protagonists (alongside Rod Redline) of Pixar's 12th full-length animated film Cars 2.
He is one of many agents (especially British spy) and partner in training of Finn McMissile.
He was voiced by Jason Isaacs who also voices Siddeley in the same movie. Isaacs also plays Lucius Malfoy in Harry Potter and voices The Inquisitor in Star Wars Rebels.
