King Kong
King Kong, or simply known as Kong, and dubbed as Titanus Kong, is one of the two titular main protagonists (alongside Godzilla) of the MonsterVerse franchise. He is a species of intelligent and sentient simian-like Titan who is one of the few Alpha Titans and, alongside his former rival Godzilla, one of the most powerful creatures on Earth. Kong is one of the few surviving members of his kind that have been almost wiped out completely by the war between the Titanus Gojiras.
He is also the protector and guardian of Skull Island, later Hollow Earth, defending them from creatures that attempted to conquer them, as well as the surrogate father of Jia and Suko and the archenemy of both the Skull Devil and the Skar King.
