Kevin is a manatee, and is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Manatee and the brother of his sister. He only appeared in the PB&J Otter episode Come Back Little Monster. Jelly met him for the first time, and can communicate through weird sounds, like saying his name. His parents make the same sounds too. He is voiced by Doug Preis.
