Justin Stewart was 12th and last power ranger recruited and mentored by Zordon. He is the youngest Ranger and became the Blue Turbo Ranger in Power Rangers Turbo. Kat, along with Tanya, act like big sisters and mother figures to him. He is portrayed by Blake Foster.
