Jubileena Bing-Bing is a minor character in the film Wreck-It Ralph. She is a racer from the game Sugar Rush and her kart, The Cherriot, is a large cherry pie. Her character theme seems to focus around the Maraschino Cherry. She is voiced by Josie Trinidad.
Jubileena is apparently one of the kinder racers according to her stats, and doesn't care about winning the race. However, when Turbo locked her memories aboutVanellope von Schweetz being Princess, Jubileena becomes a bully to Vanellope, who she and the rest of the racers consider a glitch. She is the second racer to damage Vanellope's kart after Taffyta Muttonfudge, and taunts her glitching. When not interacting with Vanellope however, Jubileena appears to be rather cheerful, reacting with glee when she is put on the board for the race. Like most of the other racers, she doesn't talk very much.
Physical Appearance
Jubileena Bing-Bing is a pretty young girl with Chibi-like proportions. She has medium reddish skin with blushing cheeks, a small nose, and large, mahogany, animesque eyes. She has bright red hair with front bangs and it is pulled into high pigtails with miniature cherry barrettes. She wears a frosted maraschino cherry cap. Jubileena's outfit consists of a white shirt with two cherries on it, a red racing jacket, frilly red skirt, red leggings, and ruby colored boots. She has reddish cherry skin.

The Sugar Rush racer Citrusella Flugpucker is an exact copy of Jubileena, though she has fair skin and a purple color palette.
Jubileena is not the only racer to have palette swaps; Adorabeezle Winterpop has a pink palette swap (Nougetsia Brumblestain), and Minty Zaki has both an orange and a turquoise palette swap (Torvald Batterbutter and Sticky Wipplesnit, respectively).
She seems to be particularly close friends with Adorabeezle Winterpop and Snowanna Rainbeau, as she is seen holding hands with them during the unplugging sequence and during the wedding.
Her first name is possibly a portmanteau of "Bellina" (Spanish for "beautiful"), and Cherry "Jubilee". Her last name refers to the bing cherry.
