They are two brightly colored fire ants that comes from the cartoon series The Glo Friends. They only appeared in four episodes called:
"Easy Money part 1-2" and "The Quest part 3-4 of 10."
They serve to the evil Ant-king Lord Driver as entertainers (Jesters). Unfortunately, they are not very smart though they get amused themselves by making poor jokes and do clumsy dancing and probably hit themselves. When they tried to amuse their king by telling a bad joke about two cockroaches while juggle juggling clubs and throwing them in the air, finishing the joke with the clubs smashing their heads onto the ground. Lord Driver wasn't amused by that at all and tell the guards to "take them away" to the dungeons. They later met The Glo friends (The Good Guys) and The Moligans in the dungeons (The Bad Guys), arguing, joking and laughing, but they are the only ones doing it. Later on, a small group other Glo friends are there to rescue their fellow friends and they also rescue the brothers making them thankful and runs out of there.
Late in the episode "Easy Money Part 1-2" the Red Ant Army offered them to be headliners on a party in Moleslavia. A presenter introduces them enthusiastically with a fanfare upcoming. Jester brothers jumped out from a dark entrance hopping, doing front flips like mad and make a high jump right onto a bowl of punch (a drink) splashing the drink straight on Nails face soaking her which makes everyone laugh at them. The brothers slowly stands up in the bowl wet and covered with each broken cherry on their heads
