Jesse Alpha is a character from Bara Boarders. Popular bartender and ex-surfer at the world famous tiki-bar "Waikiki Wally's". No one knows why he gave up surfing. Jesse is, after all, the strong silent type.
People say he reminds them of someone from their childhood...but less blonde.
