Jean-Pierre Delmas, also known by his students as Mr. Delmas, is the principle of the French Kadic Academy in the Code Lyoko universe. The Lyoko Warriors, the shows main characters and heroes, are students at this school. He is a very strict and straightforward principle, but also very weak-minded, dogmatic, harsh, and overfully strict. This makes him unpopular with his students. Despite this he is not evil and does care about their well-being and academic progress. He also loves his daughter Sissi very much, though often spoils her and is sometimes bossed around by her. His role often changes from antagonist to protagonist in the series.
