Jackson Storm is a character of Cars 3. He is a Piston Cup racer and Lightning McQueen's rival. He is voiced by Armie Hammer.

- Unlike Chick Hicks and Miles Axlerod, Jackson Storm is the least evil main antagonist who never does anything evil, as his only intent is to top other racers.
- Jackson Storm's role bears resemblance to antagonists like Chick Hicks, Ripslinger and Trip Murphy, albeit in a weaker capacity. Whereas Chick and Ripslinger are ruthless adversaries who will resort to all means for victory, Storm is barely seen committing such acts, as his extreme performance preludes the need of such.
